Why is Oil of Silk better than other Omega 3 products?

• Higher amounts of phospholipids consisting of Triacylglycerol, Phosphatidylethanolamine and Phosphatidylcholine in its matrix form.
• Body converts EPA TO DHA from ALA. Too much consumption of EPA results in acidity and digestibility issues in the body. Indicative conversion of ALA to EPA in Oil of Silk is better with 5 to 12% for men and up to 21% for women.
